I’ve tried to get in contact with Kenny And Troy For hours and neither of them will answer. I got my truck serviced 5 days ago and my wheel cap fell off my pick up and i’m not sure at this point if my calls are being avoided or i’m just s.o.l today Update my wheel cap should be covered by kenny and i was just having bad luck trying to contact them

This dealership is great. Initially I gave them one star because of a mistake they made when I was going to buy a Ram 2500. I talked to Cliff the GM of the store and he promised to make things right. Most of the time you hear guarantees like that and they are hallow. Not with Cliff. He definitely cares about their reputation. Cliff explained how the mistake happened without making excuses. He then made up for the mistake and I went from saying I would never deal with them again to driving off the lot with a new truck. This won't be the last vehicle I buy from them.

Today my 2002 grand caravan broke down on my way to work. Out of sheer luck state street was the next exit, and after taking the exit the car stalled on the side of the road. Miracle or irony, on the curb of this wonderful dealership. I walked up and knocked on the service doors and Kenny answered even though it was before the service dept was open, he let me know when they would open and what our next steps would be when they did. When they opened we tried to jump it and after that failed they helped me push it in. We thought it was the battery first and got that changed (about a 3 year old battery, so it was definitely going). After leaving the dealership with that fix about 45 minutes after they opened I found my vehicle wouldn't shift past first gear. I immediately turned around and went back, fearing that the transmission was going. Kenny assured me it wasn't my transmission and that he could get it looked at again a bit later that day to do a diagnosis and check in on the problem further. He then made sure I had transport to work so I wouldn't miss any more time. After work he called me up and got me transport back to the dealership and said they had fixed it! Alternator replaced it now runs much better than it had in years. Throughout the whole process Kenny was on my side and very understanding. After being called by Cindy for a follow up on it, I asked what the service schedule looked like if I wanted to get other minor repairs done there in the future, and was told it was about 10 days out. Kenny had gone above and beyond to make sure I wasn't out of a car. Honestly 6/5 stars. I'd been looking for a trustworthy service shop the past two months since I moved and I've found it.
